By downloading, installing, or using CurrEx (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CurrEx. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

CurrEx is a currency conversion application that provides real-time exchange rates, historical data, and related financial information.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

While you can use basic features without an account, creating an account unlocks additional functionality and synchronization across devices.

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You cannot share your account credentials with others

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Update your information if it changes
• Use a strong, unique password
• Log out from shared or public devices

You agree to use our Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You must not engage in any prohibited activities.

CurrEx and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CurrEx for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Sell, rent, or lease the Service
• Distribute or publicly perform the Service
• Modify or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app

Third-Party Content

Exchange rate data is provided by third-party financial data providers. We do not own this data and are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

CurrEx offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a subscription or one-time purchase.

Pricing and Billing

• All prices are displayed in your local currency when possible
• Subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis
• One-time purchases are charged immediately upon confirmation
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers

Refunds and Cancellations

• You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your device's settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are processed according to platform policies (App Store/Google Play)
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and other authorized payment processors. We do not store your payment information directly.

CurrEx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurrEx shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use of inaccurate rate information
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party content or services

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CurrEx from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement under certain circumstances.

Termination by You

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• Delete your account through app settings or by contacting us
• Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our policies
• Engage in illegal or harmful activities
• Attempt to compromise our systems or other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Surviving provisions (warranties, liability limitations) remain in effect
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations
